LEND A HAND…LIFT A HEART

Neighbors in Deed – Volunteer Visitors to Older Adults will meet on Saturday, May 19, 2012 from 9:45 AM – 11:15 AM in the Notre Dame Conference Room at Elizabeth Seton Academy, 1st Floor (on the St. Gregory’s Parish Campus – Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester, MA).   Sister Paula Tinlan, S.N.D.,deN, Chaplain Carney/Steward Hospital will be participating in the Volunteer Discussions. Men’s Prayer Gathering

MEN’S PRAYER GATHERING

The Milton – Dorchester – South Shore Men’s Prayer Gathering will hold its 62nd meeting on Saturday, May 19th  from 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM at St. Mary of the Hills, 29 St. Mary’s Road (off Brook Road) in Milton.   This month “The Fire of His Love: Prayer and the Life of the Spirit” – Fr. St. Gregory’s 60 & Over

Our next meeting will be held in the Auditorium on Tuesday, May29th.  Coffee and Doughnuts will be served at 12:15 pm., Bingo at 1:00 PM.

No Eucharistic Adoration on Sunday, May 20th

There will be no Adoration on Sunday, May 20th, due to the Baccalaureate Mass for Elizabeth Ann Seton Academy to be held at 2:00 PM.

 

 

 

 

MARK YOUR CALENDARS – 150TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Approximately one year from now, St. Gregory’s Parish will celebrate its 150th Anniversary.  We have already begun to plan some celebrations.  On Saturday, October 20, 2012, Cardinal Sean O’Malley will offer the 4:00 PM Mass, followed by a Gala reception at Florian Hall.  Please mark your calendars as the time will approach quickly.
